I'm a 25 year old underground hip-hop artist from British Columbia, Canada.
I remember first listening to hip-hop/rap at a very young age when my older
brother would let me listen to his tapes. He use to give me a dollar for
every Bone Thugz N Harmony song I could memorize, so you could imagine the
hours I would spend trying to keep up with their rapping being so young.
Growing older I've always felt in my own way I could relate to alot of the
music and artists I've listened to growing up. So because of the love I
have for music I first picked up a pen at 16 years old and haven't since
been able to put it down. I remember filling notebook after notebook with
lyric after lyric, I guess I was just glued to that pen and paper. Writing
music to me felt like a way for me to vent, escape, and take control on
whatever was on my mind that would then be transfered onto paper. I started
recording around the age of 19 years old. Being able to play my own song
and showing all of my friends was a feeling like no other.
