Born as Hezekiah William Massey in Spartanburg, South Carolina 1989, the birth of this future stage blazer marked the start or a remarkable lyricist and future hip hop icon. Growing up in Spartanburg, originally from the south side in time he moved around the majority of the small city. Will Massey or "Mr. $C" is the middle child of his mother, he has two sisters who also has dreams of making it in the entertainment industry. Massey (Mr. $C) discovered his dream and talent at the age of 15, experimenting with a $9.00 computer mic from Wal-Mart and a computer program named audacity
