Born in Crown Hieghts,Brooklyn and raised in various stomping grounds
through out BK (Bed-stuy, E.N.Y, B-ville)McCoy sparred with some of your
favorite emcees of today before they came up.It is his raw
tenacity,wittiness and confidence which made his peers respect both his mic
game and his street credibility. He was known for being ruthless on and off
the mic.In 2000 he released his first self titled Ep "The Real
McCoy,followed by his first mix-tape DNO' Do-OVER's where he Jacked beats
with his impeccable flo. Earning crediblity from MTV/personality Sway
Calloway who then was on air at Hot97 in 2003'. He had 5 promos on air
everyday until Sway departure in 04'
